Introduction
Intellino Technology Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Signamic mobile application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

- Google Account Information: Email address, display name, and Google ID when you sign in with Google
Business Information
- Account Information: Business account details, verification status, permission levels, and account numbers
- Device Information: Connected signage device IDs, device nicknames, brightness settings, and location associations
- Technician Access Codes: Generated access codes, expiration dates, usage timestamps, and technician user identifiers
Technical Information
- Device Information: Mobile device type, operating system version, and app version information
- Network Information: WiFi network names (SSIDs) and passwords for device connectivity and setup purposes
- Location Permissions: Required for WiFi network scanning during device setup (not for location tracking)
SaaS & Cloud Data
To provide the Signamic Cloud features, we collect and process:
- Public Review Data:Â We access your connected Google Business Profile to retrieve public reviews, star ratings, and reviewer names to display on your Sign.
- Social Media Feeds:Â If you connect Instagram or TikTok, we retrieve public posts, captions, and media from your profile.
- AI Generation Inputs:Â We process text data using Artificial Intelligence algorithms to generate review snippets and summaries.
Local Storage
- App Preferences: Settings and cached data stored locally on your device via SharedPreferences
- Support Contact Information: Temporarily cached support phone numbers and email addresses from our backend
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To provide and maintain the Signamic digital signage management service
- Account Management: To manage your user account and authentication through Google Sign-In
- Device Management: To configure, control, and monitor connected digital signage devices
- Technician Access Control: To generate, validate, and track temporary access codes for technicians

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing
Signamic Cloud utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyze your business's reviews and generate content.
No Guarantee of Accuracy:Â AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI content before displaying it publicly.
Model Training Rights:Â You acknowledge that we may use Anonymized Data and Aggregated Usage Data (excluding Personal Information of third parties) to train, fine-tune, and improve our AI models.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Third-Party Services
- Google Services: We integrate with Google Sign-In for user authentication only

Signamic is designed for business use and is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
